Add chicken to bottom of crock pot, drizzle olive oil on top, and add bone broth
Place onion bell, peppers, chili garlic sauce, and all seasoning on top of chicken
Cook for 3-4 hours on high
30 minutes before chicken is ready. Take chicken breast out and shred. Place back in crock pot for additional time
Serve on romain hearts, with sliced avocado, and lime juice.
