  • 1 tbsp Ground flax seeds or hemp hearts
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 cup Coconut water
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Collagen powder optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into blender.
  • Blend until smooth
