leaky gut healing smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cup Kale
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Ground flax seeds or chia/hemp
  • 1 tbsp Manuka honey
  • 1 cup Almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 scoop Protein collagen powder Bubs naturals is my favorite

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth (45 seconds to a minute) and enjoy!
