Paleo protein banana bread

Ingredients

  • 2 over ripe bananas
  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 20 grams protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Mash up bananas (This effects the final product and texture. Make sure to mash as well as possible)
  • Add your melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to your mashed bananas. Mix until combined
  • Add all remaining dry ingredients into your bowl. Mix thoroughly
  • Move mixture into a 8x8 baking dish
  • Optional: add toppings (banana slices, walnuts, pecans, dairy free chocolate chips)
  • Pop in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 25-35 minutes. Keep an eye on it.
  • Once its done let it cool. Then slice and serve.

Calories per serving will determine on what protein powder you use!
