Ingredients

over ripe bananas

Almond flour

eggs, large

tbsp
coconut oil, melted

tbsp
maple syrup

protein powder

tsp
vanilla extract

tbsp
cinnamon

baking soda

tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Mash up bananas (This effects the final product and texture. Make sure to mash as well as possible)
Add your melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to your mashed bananas. Mix until combined
Add all remaining dry ingredients into your bowl. Mix thoroughly
Move mixture into a 8x8 baking dish
Optional: add toppings (banana slices, walnuts, pecans, dairy free chocolate chips)
Pop in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 25-35 minutes. Keep an eye on it.
Once its done let it cool. Then slice and serve.
